
In my fasting yesterday, the main menu that I've cooked is an Indonesian food, Tofu with the condiment. Although I'm in the UK, it's not hard to find the ingredients. Everything is here, really!
The way to make it is very simple, and the taste is succulent. It contains tofu, noodle, beansprouts, fried peanuts, and sprinkle the soy sauce, celery, and shallot flakes and finally put water.
LET'S MAKE IT !
Prepare all of these ingredients in separate dishes.
1. Fry the tofu until dry.
2. Boil the noodle
3. Stir fry the beansprouts just for a few moment.
4. Fry the peanuts with a few oil just for a few moment.
Water
5. Boil the water. After that, put mashed garlic and salt into it.
After all finished, then you can put 1-4 in your dishes. Don't forget to add celery, soy sauce, shallot flakes. Water is the last thing to put. It will be good to enjoy it with any crackers, usually onion crackers. But yesterday, I enjoyed it with prawn crackers and it still good. :)
Beside, because I didn't buy celery, so I used lettuce instead. And yeah, I think any similar vegetables with succulent taste is ok.
