My Favorite Anime - Honey and Clover (Hachimitsu to Kuroba)

You, anime lovers, have you heard about this anime before? If yes, could you tell me more how do you think about this story? This is the anime that I like the most, it is not only captured a picture of college life completely, but also described Japanese culture at the same time. As far as I know, the genre of this anime are shoujo, romantic, comedy, and slice of life. Yeah, slice of life. It told you the meaning of a struggle, what to achieve in this life, and of course, the meaning of true love. I think the saddest part of this story is the unrequited love part, although there are so much things to learn while we followed this part; the most heartbreaking part :(.

The picture above was about Yamada who was angry because of Mayama's playful manner towards girls [but actually, it's obvious that she was jealous :D]

The manga was written by Chika Umino. The anime was divided into 2 seasons; 24 episodes in season 1 and 12 episodes in season 2 (Wikipedia, 2012). It tells about the lives of 5 students (become best friends) in an art college. With different characteristics, they are in search for true-self identity, while love triangles are about to be around them. Be curious to know something new, and follow your heart are the key of finding our true-self characters. Beside, be sincere to love something or someone and be patient to wait for someone or something that worth to be achieved or struggled. Well, that's pretty much what I got. This is interesting to watch, and...to let you know, although this might be seen so complicated, this is actually funny story. You may be cry sadly in the few minutes, but after that you may be laugh so hard, and then you may be freaked out because of Morita's behaviour [Morita is one of the main character who is a weird person :p].
